The inaugural Shanghai Queer Film Festival will commence on September 6th, Saturday. During the 9-day festival, you will find various queer cinema events such as film screenings, panel discussions, and parties happening all around Shanghai. 为了庆祝首届上海酷儿影展的诞生，表达我们对于酷儿电影的热忱，我们特别邀请了上海的五位平面设计师和一间设计工作室，用视觉艺术语言，重新诠释了六部经典酷儿电影中的台词语录。特别感谢LIM Lina、Sui Yao、恰恰、Sam.ch、Mayura Jain、以及Special Guest 工作室的热情加盟，他们以设计的形式，与我们分享了自己对于酷儿电影的理解和喜爱。我们会在影展现场发售这六张设计师合作款酷儿影卡，你一定不愿错过！等不及要一窥究竟？我们今天将放出所有的设计画面让你一饱眼福。
To celebrate the commencement of the first Shanghai Queer Film Festival, and our love and passion for queer cinema, we invited 5 designers and 1 design studio in Shanghai, to reinterpret favorite quotes from six classic queer movies through the language of visual design. We would like to thank LIM Lina, Sui Yao, Chyah, sam.ch, Mayura Jain, and Special Guest Design Studio for their passion and vision, sharing with us their own understanding and impression of queer cinema through brilliant design work. These designer Queer Cinema Cards can be purchased at different events during the festival, and we’re sure you wouldn’t want to miss the chance to own a set of superb queer cinema artwork!
